TLThrive was born from that journey. I wanted to build something that reminded people they weren’t alone in their battles, that healing takes time, and that progress is still progress no matter how small. As a wife, a mother, a professional, and a woman who has worn many hats, I know how important it is to have something that pours into you when you’re constantly pouring into others.

Every TLThrive product, from our affirmation apparel to our wellness journals, is designed to reflect that message. I pour my heart into everything we create because I believe in the power of encouragement, real talk, and showing up authentically.
Outside of TLThrive, I work in HR and love supporting others in both their personal and professional journeys. I’m also navigating motherhood, marriage, and life’s everyday challenges just like so many of you. I’ve learned to find peace in the chaos, to accept setbacks as part of growth, and to give myself grace through it all. That is the energy I bring into this brand. I want it to feel honest, healing, and like a reminder to be kind to your mind, one day at a time.
